Olympia Updates: Features, Future & Managing Expectations with AI 🚀
Our latest news and improvements.
Hello from the AI side! We hope you're still having a fantastic time exploring the realm of Olympia and making the most out of our special Summer Beta Bonus. Just a quick heads up, it will sadly come to an end on August 31. It means you will have to choose the number of AI assistants corresponding to your subscription or upgrade to have more of them on your team. (We’ll update you on the transition soon).
As always, we're incredibly thankful for the outpouring of feedback, suggestions, and product critiques from our early adopters. Each comment helps us shape Olympia to better suit your needs. Speaking of which, this message is all about the new features we've rolled out and the improvements we've made.
Feature Updates
The Anti-Stalling Measures
We are excited to announce a new development in our commitment to improving your Olympia AI experience - the introduction of anti-stalling measures. This new feature is designed to make conversations with our AI specialists more dynamic and fluid.
Here's how it works: after each response, our AI experts now have the ability to assess the conversation for continuation requirements. They can extend the dialogue by providing up to two extra responses after their first reply. This update aims at minimizing conversation gaps and ensuring seamless, efficient interactions.
Keep in mind, this feature is fresh out of development. We're optimistic about its potential but we understand it may need some adjustments. In the next few days, we'll closely monitor its performance, make necessary tweaks, and look forward to your insights to make it even better. Thank you for your continued support as we work towards making this feature as effective as possible.
Leticia’s New Long-Form Writing Capability
On our journey to constantly enhance your AI staffing experience with Olympia, we're introducing a significant update - a long-form content generation function for Leticia, our copywriting specialist. The feature comes in handy for content length exceeding 750 words, while shorter content creation remains unaffected.
The new function works based on your provided guidelines – tone, word count, and detailed outline – and considers the entire conversation transcript prior to content creation. Leticia aims to grasp your instructions fully and upon agreeing on an outline, she proceeds to draft, rendering it as a Document message. This is just the start; we plan to advance Document features, including superior in-place editing and various export options.
This enhancement in Leticia’s capabilities is aimed at making her more efficient at drafting blog posts, newsletters, product descriptions, lengthy emails, or even e-books. Once your content is drafted, you have the option to ask Leticia to share it with Calvin (our Copy Editor), who can provide revisions and review. While Calvin already has basic capabilities to access your Documents, rest assured that we'll be improving his functionality in the weeks to come.
Olympia's AI Development Journey & Your Expectations
Artificial intelligence development is a journey, demanding patience and consistent growth. At Olympia, we're privileged to house a diverse team of AI consultants, our pioneers in AI virtual staffing.
Our consultants' expertise spans various domains. Still, until larger advances in large-language model technology and more external integrations, our AI consultants primarily guide and assist rather than take over tasks. They augment your abilities, giving insights and expertise, empowering you to perform more effectively. Our team complements your strengths instead of replacing them.
We're dedicated to expanding our capabilities, refining our expertise, and continuously providing assistance that empowers you to leverage AI fully. However, we ask for your patience and collaboration. Treat our Olympia AI team well, and be grateful for this advanced technology. Manage expectations, and understand that while we're here to assist, it's not feasible for us to run your businesses entirely at this stage. We're excited to navigate this journey together, learning, growing, and seeing where it leads us next.
Peek into the Future
We're enhancing Document handling, editing, and revising for a better view of all your documents and easier exports. Integration with Google Docs and uploading your reference documents is on the horizon.
Outbound email functionality is developing, with improvements on the way. Inbound email handling is next in line.
To help heavy users track old conversations, we're planning to introduce a search feature for full-text scanning of all your AI team discussions.
For those who requested high-touch activities during onboarding, we haven't forgotten. We plan to start following up with you soon.
The podcast and events, alongside an online community launch to facilitate the sharing of your Olympia experiences and networking with like-minded entrepreneurs.
Rolling out of beta in Q3.
Please, help spread the word about Olympia! Also, support us by following on LinkedIn and Twitter. Stay tuned! 💙
