Here is a list of the latest and greatest features added to Olympia.
Carbon Integration
First up, we're thrilled to unveil integration with Carbon, which allows you to upload documents to Olympia from popular platforms such as Google Docs, Dropbox, and Sharepoint. Watch the following video tutorial to learn how to use our new, fancier document upload feature.
Image Generation Capabilities
Next, we're proud to introduce our image generation feature! This tool is about empowering you to produce images inside of Olympia instead of having to switch to competing products. Beatrice and Melissa are capable of generating images for our Growth and ProPlus plan members. We've also created a comprehensive video tutorial that demonstrates the power of this feature. Watch it below!
Gmail Integration
One of the most practical updates in our summer rollout is the new Gmail integration now officially approved by Google! This feature is designed to simplify your daily communications by directly linking our platform with your Gmail account. You can now manage emails more efficiently without ever leaving our interface.
The new Gmail integration allows you to:
Directly send emails via your Gmail account offering a significant deliverability and user experience improvement over the default functionality (which sends emails via Olympia’s servers.)
Send email as yourself or your AI assistant just by switching the from drop-down field. The body of the email adjusts automatically depending on your choice.
Experimental access to the contents of your Gmail for your assistants. You can try asking them if you have any urgent email or to create filtering rules for you.
Here’s how you can connect your Gmail account to Olympia:
Tap on your account profile picture in the left corner below.
Tap Account Settings.
Choose Integrations.
Click on the Connect button.
Allow Olympia to access your Google account.
That’s it! Easy-peasy :) Now you can send emails from your Gmail account using the Olympia AI team!
Besides the new features, we continue improving our memory recall. We also did a little cleanup on the design of the sidebar to make it look cleaner. There’s now a dedicated button for getting help, too.
